Behavior Analyst
Ebony Day is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 14 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents across home, school, and community settings, with a focus on older youth and complex behavioral needs. Ebony specializes in developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical teams, and building skills in communication, emotional regulation, and independence. She is dedicated to providing ethical, evidence-based care that leads to meaningful, lasting progress.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Lead individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families across home, school, and community settings.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Implement ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision, working directly with children and adolescents in various settings.
BCBA Supervisor / Clinical Supervisor
Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and supervision to a growing team of behavior technicians and junior analysts.
