How It Works

What the Process Looks Like

From your very first call to active therapy — here's exactly what to expect when you partner with ABA Seeds. We keep things clear, supportive, and family-centered every step of the way.

Initial Inquiry

Day 1–2

Reach out by phone, email, or our online intake form. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to answer your questions and gather basic information about your child.

No referral needed to get started. Families and providers are both welcome to reach out directly.

01

Intake & Insurance Verification

Week 1

We collect your child's diagnosis documentation and verify insurance benefits on your behalf. We accept Medicaid and most major Georgia insurance plans.

We handle the paperwork so you don't have to. Our team navigates authorizations from start to finish.

02

Skills Assessment (VB-MAPP / ABLLS)

Week 1–2

A BCBA conducts a comprehensive assessment of your child's current skills, communication, behavior, and learning style to build a personalized baseline.

Assessments are conducted in a comfortable, familiar setting — typically your home or school.

03

Individualized Treatment Plan

Week 2–3

Your BCBA designs a fully customized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) with measurable goals, strategies, and a recommended therapy schedule tailored to your child.

Families are active partners in this process — your input shapes every goal we set.

04

Therapy Begins

Week 3–4

Your child is matched with a trained RBT who implements the plan in home, school, or community settings. Sessions are consistent, structured, and always supervised by your BCBA.

Most families begin active therapy within 2–4 weeks of their initial inquiry.

05

Ongoing Progress & Family Support

Ongoing

We track data at every session, hold regular caregiver training meetings, and adjust the plan as your child grows. You'll always know how your child is progressing.

Monthly BCBA check-ins, parent coaching sessions, and transparent progress reports keep you in the loop.

06

Ready to Take the First Step?

Most families begin active therapy within 2–4 weeks of reaching out. Our team is here to guide you through every part of the process — from that first call to your child's first session.
